TC Enviroprime is a formulated wax blend primer designed as a surface conditioner and companion undercoat for the TC Envirocoat and TC Enviroshield Marine coating systems. TC Enviroprime is brown in color. It can be used with all brown color wax coatings. Used on dry, wet or submerged surfaces as a pre-coat and initial contact coating for pipe or metal structures, TC Enviroprime prepares the substrate with a preferential wetting film displacing any surface moisture and providing TC Envirotape with an environment that will allow it to function to its full design capabilities.

Denso Paste is a soft brown petrolatum primer containing moisture displacing corrosion inhibiting compounds for application by stiff brush or gloved hand at normal ambient temperature. It does not dry, harden or crack. Denso Paste is primarily used as a primer prior to the application of Denso petrolatum tapes. Denso Paste will penetrate existing rust, displace moisture, pacify the surface and aid the adhesion of petrolatum tapes and mastics. It is also used as a temporary coating for exposed metal.

Price:
$165.52

Denso Paste S105 is a soft petrolatum primer containing water displacing corrosion inhibiting and flow control additives. The primer can be applied by gloved hand or stiff bristle brush. Denso Paste S105 serves as a corrosion inhibitor and aids in the application of petrolatum tapes. It is very effective underwater or on very wet metal surfaces such as pilings, risers, and H-piles.

Price:
$200.88

Denso Hi-Tack Primer is a high melting point petrolatum with added adhesive properties. The primer is very tacky and aids adhesion of petrolatum tapes. Denso Hi-Tack Primer is typically used on irregularly shaped surfaces or where additional adhesive qualities are required. Denso Hi-Tack Primer will penetrate existing rust, displace moisture and aid the adhesion of petrolatum tapes.

Tapecoat TC® Omniprime is a liquid primer containing no known carcinogens, no hazardous air pollutants (HAP) and is compliant with all state and US federal volatile organic compound (VOC) regulations. Requires no Red Label Hazard warning for storage. This primer can be used with all Tapecoat cold and hot-applied bonded tape systems and with Tapecoat 6025 high temperature tape when operating temperatures do not exceed 180° F. For all operational temperatures above 180° F and up to 300° F, use TC 7000 High Temp Epoxy as a primer.

Price:
$452.00

TC 7000 High temperature epoxy (color red) is a two-part liquid epoxy system for operation temperatures of up to 300°F. Applied at 6 to 10 mils, TC 7000 can be used as a primer for any of the Tapecoat coating products.

When operating temperatures are expected to exceed 180°F, it should be used as a primer for Tapecoat HTMB and 6025 High Temperature Tape Systems.

At a minimum coating thickness of 25 mils, TC 7000 can be considered a stand alone coating.
